PT sessions are always 60 minutes, 1-on-1 with your performance physical therapist.

Dry needling is a skilled technique used to reduce muscle tension, tightness, and pain.  A thin needle is inserted into trigger points, or precise anatomical locations known as “acupoints” to reduce pain associated with nerve irritation, arthritis, and overuse injuries.

Dry needling appointments are 45mins.
